30 Days Easy Return/Exchange

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from Uideazone.com, simply contact our Support Center. You can return or exchange for most items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. We will always offer the best solution for our customers.

Returns Process

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays: 

  1. Please contact us immediately at our Support Center describing the issue in detail, including your:
  • Order number
  • SKU number or product name
  • Reason for return
  1. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form along with our returns address.
  2. Please return the item according to our instructions on the form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
  3. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 7 business days.

Note: Uideazone is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit, you can contact shipping company for a claim.

Our Solutions:

  1. Uideazone’s responsibility

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will offer a refund or resend for free a replacement at our expense.

  1. Customer’s responsibility

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.

The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost or resend you a new item upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Notes about Return & Exchange

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Flash sale, special offer, clearance items are not covered by warranty and non-returnable.
  3. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, items returned with obvious use will be subject to refusal.
  4. All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team, if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without a corresponding and filled Return Merchandise Formand/or not matching the requirements listed above will not be accepted.
  5. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don’t accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative.

About exchange the order

  1. The processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days, upon receiving your item back, and depending on stock availability.
  2. You can also make a new order first, and when we get the return, we will apply a full refund of the items you returned.

Can I have a full refund for the return?

We will offer full refund of the items you returned. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

How long will it take to get my refund?

For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be within 7 business days upon receiving your returned item and verified the conditions of the items. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method.
